The Wet Paint Project:

4-part ritual series to help you feel like yourself again.

4-part ritual series to help you feel like yourself again.

A space to breathe. A spark to remember. A ritual to return to yourself.

You’ve been coloring inside the lines.

And now the canvas is ready for some bold strokes. So Are You.

The Wet Paint Project didn’t begin as a plan. It began with a question:

What would happen if you stopped gripping
and started creating?

Maybe you’ve built a life that looks “fine” from the outside, but quietly, something inside has been stirring.

A Dream that hasn’t had room to breathe. Or a part of you that feels just out of reach.

You might be able to relate all to well to knowing how to push through and keep showing up with polished answers and tired smiles.

But breathwork taught me something art had been whispering for years: Your clarity doesn’t live in the pressure. It lives in the pause.

The Wet Paint Project  is a 4-part ritual where breath meets brush and where your body remembers what your mind has been trying to figure out.

It’s about returning to the part of you that’s still alive beneath the layers.

Not broken. Not lost.  Just waiting for you to touch the canvas again... and meet yourself in the place where your spark becomes the masterpiece.

It’s where your spark gets space to speak again, through movement, sensation, color, and truth.

It’s time to face your blank canvas.
And begin.

Where Breath, Body, and Brush Begin to Align

Every masterpiece starts in the unknown. The blank canvas. The first messy stroke. The Wet Paint Project opens space for beginnings that are honest, unfiltered, and fully alive... where you meet the canvas with colorful curiosity.

Born in the studio, Built for the soul.

The Flow Collection is a body of chosen work curated from many eras of my painting career and it's a special gift for you!

Each piece holds the energy of a season...sometimes subtle, sometimes messy, often unspoken.
Together, they echo what it means to move through change, to trust process over perfection,
to let something take shape before you fully understand it.

That’s why The Wet Paint Project is rooted in this collection. With each phase of the ritual,
you’ll receive a digital artwork from the Flow Collection, as a visual companion to whatever
is stirring, softening, or rising in you.

After finishing each ritual, you will choose Art from the Flow Collection to begin your April Quast Art collection.

Empowerment begins when you stop asking for permission to shine

Endurance births beauty. Your spirit was made to rise.

Release resistance. Flow begins where effort ends.

Dance with wonder. You’re made of the same light.

Surrender thought. Your inner wisdom already knows.

Strength lives in the courage to stay open.

Trust the beat that belongs only to you.

Subtle shifts speak loud truths. Listen, trust, begin again.

Growth stirs in silence before it shows itself

Dance through the wild. Your spirit was built for this.

The Wet Paint Project is a 4-part ritual designed to move you from overthinking to inner clarity. Thanks to its self-paced, layered structure, you can move through it in 4 hours, 4 days, or 4 weeks...whatever rhythm fits your life.

Ritual

4 sessions, four shifts

Each ritual meets a different part of you. Tap through SPARK, SOFTEN, REVEAL, and FLOW to see how they work, and how each one can shift something inside.

YOUR FIRST RITUAL

Spark

What you feel:

Curious, reconnected, like something clicked

What's actually happening

You remember your original spark. The parts of you that lit up before you got so busy, distracted, or uncertain.
What you love. What you’re good at. What you want more of. That’s what you’re finding again.

This Session Answers:

Who am I really? And what lights me up?

YOUR Second RITUAL

Soften

What you feel:

A deep exhale. A sense of safety. Room to feel.

What's actually happening

You finally put down the pressure to be the strong one, the productive one, the one who keeps it together.
And when you do? The parts of you that’ve been hiding finally get to speak.

This Session Answers:

What do I need to stop holding?

YOUR third RITUAL

Reveal

What you feel:

A rising honesty. A moment of clarity.

What's actually happening

You’re tuning into the frequency of your future self by letting the fog clear just enough to feel who you are when you’re not trying to be anything else.

This Session Answers:

What do I really want and who am I when I let that truth lead?

YOUR fourth RITUAL

Flow

What you feel:

Lifted. Aligned. In motion.

What's actually happening

What you’ve remembered moves you.
Not in circles. Not in performance.
But in a direction that finally feels like yours.

This Session Answers:

What now?

This is Personal...

I didn’t create The Wet Paint Project because I had the answers. I created it because I needed space to figure it out.

I was trying so hard to get it right, but I still felt stuck, still felt like I was missing something.

Somewhere in the middle of showing up for everyone else, I lost touch with the part of me that deeply knows.

This ritual is what brought me back to my original spark—the one I once knew so clearly.
