The Retreat Sandwich
This is not a one-and-done retreat. I like to call it a retreat sandwich, because you get coaching before and after the retreat. Before the retreat even kicks off you will get 1-on-1 coaching so you can get get clear on the life you want to live and start taking actions towards living it right away. Retreats are amazing opportunities for transformation and this retreat is no exception, but this retreat has the added benefit of following you home. After the retreat is over you will be receive more one-on-one coaching to help you make a plan that sticks. Step into your best self with all the new tools you gained from the retreat and the support needed to keep them working.

This is for women of all ages. It's surprising to hear that a retreat that invites space for such a deep inner kind of work could be for all women ages 12 and up. I constantly get questioned about the appropriateness of inviting in such a wide age range, but here’s why it works. Women who have journeyed more trips around the sun, have so much wisdom and advice to share and they are yearning to share it. Teens at the beginning of their journeys have so much life, vibrancy and unjaded ambitions to share that more experienced women need reminding of. I am honored to host a retreat that inspires connection and reinvention. I am happy to bring our stories, experiences and perspectives together, but I am not the leader. I know that each and every woman that attends my retreat has a unique and powerful perspective to share, and I love seeing women of all ages take turns leading one another towards becoming their best.
